Use the dashboard bar to the left to find your community, and select the community name to open the list of discussion groups (or Circles). Open a CIRCLE to post or comment on the posts of others.

Managing Notifications
Select the ROUND AVATAR SYMBOL in the upper right of your screen to access your community SETTINGS.
Under SETTINGS, select NOTIFICATIONS to configure email and push notifications. Make sure to select SAVE to save your settings.

You'll find the class replays and class Zoom links on your COURSE HOME PAGE.
Use the FEED tab on your Community page to see all your content in one place.
Communicate directly with members using DIRECT MESSAGE. Click the icon next to your username to start chatting.

We have a few common-sense policies to make our community positive and supportive.
- Circles (groups) are exclusively for the discussion of the concepts contained in the Seth material and in this Seth Course.
- Please do not post anyone else’s material or links to anyone else’s material, videos, memes, posts, photos, etc.
- Please do not use our circles (forums) for the collection of names, info or email addresses, to start your own group, or to promote your or any other products, conferences, organizations, courses or groups.
- Remember to respect the privacy and integrity of other participants in the course; we are all both teacher and learner as we explore Seth's concepts together. Feel free to agree, offer support, differ, debate, share thoughts, give some love, pose questions and help answer the questions of others, but please be respectful to your fellow participants at all times.
